Along with the development of electric regime reform ，ent erpri e decision-makers and training personnel pay more attention to the exploitation of human resources and the whole process training evaluation. Based on this background ，by means of evaluation to training demand 、trajning design and exploitation 、training process and training effect ，this article will seek after a scientific evaluation model of power plant so as to realize effective supervision and feedback of training design and exploitation ，and to evaluate traìning effect scìentifica l1y according to trainee action change and improvement of enterprise feats.
