摘 要 如果把城市道路比作“城市血液”，那么城市道路交通管理设施无疑就是“红细胞”， 其作为城市交通运营体系的重要组成部分，对提高城市道路服务水平，降低城市道路交 通事故率，减轻交通事故严重程度，缓解城市交通拥堵，排除纵、横向干扰，体现城市 社会、人文、环境特色有重大意义，特别是对促进城市道路交通安全、高效、便捷功能 的发挥，展现其“以人为本”的特性，有巨大的推动作用。 本研究以整理分析国内外对交通管理设施研究发展的状况为基础，揭示了研究的目 的及意义，其次从设计原理、设计原则、形式选择、结构类型、材料性能等方面，综合 分析探究了目前应用于我国城市道路中的各种交通安全设施，包括交通标志、交通标线、 交通信号灯、声屏障、防眩设施、视线诱导装置、减速限速装置等。着重强调“以人为 本”的设计理念，提出人性化、景观化的设计思路，重点论述了各种交通安全设施的形 式和布设位置，并对新技术、新材料、新工艺、新产品进行了特点分析和介绍。 最后，论文以西安市小寨十字为例，运用 VISSIM 交通仿真软件，模拟显现各种交 通安全设施的设置应用，直观的表达了城市道路交通安全设施的合理性及有效性。 关键词：城市道路; 交通管理设施; 设计技术 i Abstract If puting the urban road compared to city blood, so the urban road traffic safety facilities undoubtedly is red blood cells, its as city traffic operation system of important part, it is important to improve urban road service level, reduce urban road traffic accident rate, reduce traffic accident serious degree, mitigate city traffic hold blocking. And also it have important role for excluding longitudinal, and horizontal interference, reflecting city Humanities, and landscape features, especially it have special of meaning to express the security, efficient, economic, convenient and comfortable function of city road traffic. This papers firstly analysis the development situation of traffic safety facilities at home and abroad. Secondly, all kinds of traffic safety facilities applying on urban road system is analyzed and researched comprehensively on design principle, design principles, forms select, structure type, material performance, and so on.The integrated analysis research include traffic signs, traffic marking, security fence, traffic lights, isolation facilities, anti-glare facilities, sight induced device, deceleration limited speed device, and so on. Emphasising on people-oriented design concept, putting forword the human nature and landscape design ideas, focusing on a variety of forms and layout of traffic safety facilities, and new technologies, new materials, new processes and new products for analysis and presentation.
