With the development of economic globalization, the transnational monopolistic behaviours are influenced by the internationalization of the competition and the market,the transnational monopoly behaviours are daily on the increase, not only bring serious harm to the countrys economy, but also bringt adverse effect to other national economy. At this time,the interested countries launch antitrust review point to the merger of enterprises abroad in accordance with the countrys anti-monopoly law.The Chinese anti-monopoly law, enacted in 2008,the provisions of Article II stipulate: the anti-monopoly law applies to exclude the extraterritorial monopolistic behaviour that restrict the Chinese domestic market competition, clear the extraterritorial application of the effectiveness of anti-monopoly law. Because of different countries have different antitrust application standards, standard of review,review subjects, bring the difficulties and obstacles to antitrust extraterritorial review.Thus,in the international economic situation of economic globalization， international cooperation in antitrust extraterritorial review are indispensable for regulating monopolistic behaviours from business combination beyond the borders.Anti-monopoly law of Chinese that started lately itself, there is a lot of lack of international cooperation in antitrust extraterritorial review, up from the legislation and law enforcement to further improve .
