摘要 在经济全球化和一体化的世界经济局势下，城市产业的空间组织和发展也面临从未 有过的竞争和挑战。产业集聚作为城市产业组织的形式对城市经济的发展具有促进效 应，但针对二者之间关系的研究还相对较少。本文将二者结合，在研究城市产业集聚程 度评价模型的基础上，分析产业集聚对城市经济增长的影响，并在此基础上提出对策建 议。 本文以定性定量相结合、理论与实证分析相结合的研究方法为基础，在对城市产业 集聚效应进行分析的基础上，建立了包括五大指标十九个细分指标的城市产业集聚程度 评价指标体系，五大指标分别为经济规模、交易成本、市场竞争力和专业化程度、人力 资源和技术创新，同时保证指标的原数据易获得，主要来源于统计年鉴。 用隶属度转换算法详细的测算了聊城市主要产业 2001 年和 2010 年的集聚程度，建 立了城市经济总量与产业集聚相关指标的模型，选取主要产业，采用回归分析法对二者 的相关性进行实证分析。描述了产业集聚对经济增长的促进路径和方式，从而解释了产 业集聚促进城市经济增长的原因，论证了产业集聚对聊城市经济增长的内在影响。根据 聊城市产业集聚形式的特殊性和存在的问题提出促进产业集聚从而带动经济增长的政 策建议。 关键词：产业集聚程度，隶属度转换算法，城市经济增长，回归分析 Abstract In the economic globalization and the integration of the world economic situation, The city industry organization of space and the development also face the competition and challenge that never had. Industrial cluster as city industrial organization form has promoting effect on the development of urban economy, But the study of the relationship between them is relatively rare. This paper will be a combination of both, on the basis of the research of urban industrial agglomeration evaluation model, analyse the influence of industry cluster to urban economic growth, and put forward some countermeasures based on this. In this paper, by combining qualitative and quantitative evaluation theory and empirical analysis with the combination of positive analysis, established evaluation index system of city industrial agglomeration including five indicators and nineteen subdivision indexes. The five indicators include economic scale, transaction cost, market competitiveness and specialized level, human resources and technical innovation, guaranteed the original data accessible at the same time and mainly come from statistical yearbook.
