We analyzed the development trends and access operation modes of academic information resources. It was supposed that digitalization and open access are the main trends of academic information resources managcmcntancl spreading. And the major access operation patterns, such as library， institutional repository, full-text periodicaldatabase, Wenku library, journal website, all have their advantages and disadvantages. According to the need oflayout and integration of academic information resource, and the changes of scientific research personnel demandfor resource acquisition, we put forward a design of regional academic information resource platform construction, and preliminarily built the natural science academic information resource platform of Henan province. Keyword： academic resource; open access; digitalization; network information resources sharing; Received： 2017-09-20 1学术信息资源发展趋势 学术信息资源是指通过学术研宄取得的成果和各种相关信息，也指从事学术研 宄所需要的各种信息资源.主要包括 论文、会议论文、图书专著、标准、专 利、研宄报告、演示报告、实验操作说明等多种文献类型.随着互联网的快速发 展，在近20年的时间里，学术信息资源的发展便经历了纸质文献资料、数字图 书馆和数据库学术信息、到A前电脑手机可随时随地下载的开放获取信息资源. 数字化和开放获取成为学术信息资源管理和传播的两大发展趋势. 为了适应当前互联网时代的发展需求，更高效地保存、传播、利用学术信息资源， 很多学术信息的产生便釆用数字化的形式，即使是纸质文献也大多转为数字化 的形式.数字学术成为各种学术研宄成果、知识传播的主要方式，和推动科学研 究发展的重要动力.在学术信息数字化的环境下，资源形态、用户服务、发展模 式等都正在发生改变 开放获取是在学术信息资源数字化的基础上发展起来的，随着开放获
