十一酸睾酮胶丸联合疏肝益阳胶囊治疗伴PADAM的中老年临床分析 (河南省平顶山市第二人民医院泌尿外科，河南平顶山497000) 】目的：探讨并观察十一酸睾酮胶丸联合疏肝益阳胶囊治疗伴有雄激素 缺乏综合征(PADAM)屮老年勃起功能障碍(ED)的临床疗效和安全性。方法：分 析120例伴有雄激素缺乏综合征(PADAM)的屮老年勃起功能障碍患者，随机分 为三组。依据患者的病史、临床表现和实验室检查，依据勃起功能国际问卷 (International Indexa of Erectile Function-5 IIEF-5)评估积分，PADDM 评分(国际老 年男性研究学ISSAM),分别治疗12周。联合治疗组40例采用十一酸睾酮胶丸 加疏肝益阳胶囊联合用药，令两组为单用十一酸睾酮胶丸组40例和单用疏肝益 阳胶囊组40例。根据治疗前后勃起功能国际问卷评估积分、PADDM评分、夜 间阴茎勃起试验情况判断疗效。结果：国际勃起功能问卷-5 (IIEF-5)评估积分， PADDM评分，夜间阴茎勃起试验情况，联合治疗组与单用十一酸睾酮胶丸组和 单用疏肝益阳胶囊组相比，联合治疗组疗效更显著，两者比较有显著性差异(P 0. 01)。结论：单用十一酸睾酮胶丸或单用疏肝益阳胶囊治疗屮老年勃起功能 障碍患者疗效确切；十一酸睾酮胶丸联合疏肝益阳胶囊较单用十一酸睾酮胶丸 及单用疏肝益阳胶囊治疗效果更显著。 关键词】勃起功能障碍；雄激素缺乏综合征；疏肝益阳胶囊；十一酸睾酮胶 丸 屮图分类号】R442.8 】A 】1001-5213(2016)08-0446-02 [abstract] objective:to study and observe the eleven acid testosterone capsule combined liver yiyang capsule treatment associated with androgen deficiency syndrome(PADAM)in middle-aged erectile dysfunction(ED)of clinical efficacy and safety.Methods:analysis of 120 cases with androgen deficiency syndrome (PADAM)in elderly patients with erectile dysfunction, questionnaire of Erectile Function International Indexa of Erectile Function-5IIEF-5) evaluating integrals,PADDM score(lnternational studies in older men ISSAM), after 12 weeks of treatment, respectively.
