浅论10kV及以下城乡配电网的规划 　　摘要：城乡配电网规划以经济发展理论和城乡规划理论为重要指导，电力需求预测适应经济建设和城乡发展规划的需要，适应不同阶段城乡居民生活用电的需要，电网布局适应经济与城乡发展的需要，电网性能适应南方电网公司战略目标的需要，是城乡总体发展规划的重要组成部分，也是城乡配电网建设、改造的依据。本文分析了配电网规划的原则，并从配电网的规划思路、主要考虑因数、电源点的选取等方面阐述了城乡配电网建设，并对城乡中、低压配电网规划提出一些体会和感受。 　　关键字：10kV，城乡配电网 ，规划 　　Abstract: urban and rural distribution network planning with economic development theory and the theory of urban and rural planning for the important instruction, power demand forecasting adapt to economic construction and development of the urban and rural planning needs, to adapt to the different stages of urban and rural residents living power needs, power grid layout to adapt to the needs of the development of economic and urban and rural areas, the electric grid performance to adapt to the southern power grid company strategic goal of need, urban and rural overall development plan is an important component of the urban and rural power distribution network is the basis for the construction and renovation. This paper analyses the principle of distribution network planning, and from the power distribution network planning thought, main consideration factor, at a designated grid, this paper describes the selection of urban and rural power distribution network construction, and to urban and rural low and medium voltage distribution network planning experience and puts forward some feel. 　　Key word: 10 kV, urban and rural power distribution network, planning 　　 　　 　　中图分类号： V242.3+1文献标识码：A文章编号： 　　引言 　　社会经济迅速发展的今天，国民经济、社会发展和人民的生活用电需求增加对城乡配电网的建设提出了更高的要求。尤其是较晚起步的城镇，其薄弱的电网基础已经不能满足人们日益增长的用电需要。近年来，中堂镇中低压配电网有了较大的发展，但仍然不能满足经济增长和城镇建设的需要，为了建设坚强的中低压配电网，最大限度地满足电力客户的需求，必须作好中低压配电网的规划。 　　1城乡配电网规划工作简介 　　1.1规划工作的目的 　　城乡配电网规划就是采用科学的方法确定规划区何时何地新建或改建何种电力设施，使得未来的电网能够满足： 　　1.1.1负荷的发展和各种电网技术要求，安全可靠地为电力用户提供客户所需质量的电能； 　　1.1.2能够满足城乡规划的要求； 　　1.1.3能够满足环保、美观等其它公众要求。 　　在满足以上约束的基础上为电力企业追求最大的经济效益和社会效益。 　　1.2城乡配电网规划工作涉及的主要内容 　　1.2.1规划区内电量、负荷、负荷分布和负荷曲线预测； 　　1.2.2分区分片确定规划区内目标年及中间年的配电所或配电变压器位置、容量及供电范围； 　　1.2.3确定规划区高压变、配电所目标年及中间
