实用医学影像杂志 2017,05( 18),389-392 DOI: 10.16106/j.cnki.cn 14-1281 /r.2017.05.008 嗜酸性粒细胞性胃肠炎肠管CT病变范 关系与嗜酸性粒细胞相关性分析 曾于 川省遂宁市中心医院放射影像科 川省遂宁市中心医院放射影像科 导出/ 关注 分享 收藏打印 目的探讨嗜酸性粒细胞汁数、比例与嗜酸性粒细胞性胃肠炎CT病变范围关系。 方法回顾性分析经H肠镜及病理活检证实的11例嗜酸性粒细胞性R肠炎资料， 根据CT上病变累及部位多少分为多部位组和非多部位组:多部位组为CT显示病 变累及消化道或肠外部位达2个以上者，反之为非多部位组。同时，比较2组间 外周血嗜酸性粒细胞计数、比例差异。结果非多部位者6例:单纯胃受累1例； 食管、胃受累1例；胃、十二指肠受累1例；胃、空肠受累1例；空肠、冋肠受累 2例。多部位者5例：胃、空肠受累伴腹腔积液1例;食管、胃、空肠、回肠受累 2例；冑、空肠、回肠受累1例；空肠、回肠、升结肠受累且伴发肠系膜淋巴结肿 大者1例。多部位组嗜酸性粒细胞计数、比例均比非多部位组高，组间差异比较 均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论嗜酸性粒细胞计数、比例与嗜酸性粒细胞性 胃肠炎病变累及范围有一定关系，当其计数、比例明显升高吋，病变累及范围可 能较广，在临床工作中应扩大内镜或影像检査范围。 关键词： 嗜酸性细胞;胃肠炎;体层摄影术，螺旋计算机; 2017-05-17 The relationship between the count proportion of eosinophil and the diseased ranges of eosinophilic gastroenteritis on CT findings Zeng Yu Department of Radiology, Suining Central Hospital， Sichuan; Abstract： Objective To investigate the relationship of eosinophil count and proportion with the ranges of eosinophilic gastroenteritis (EG) on CT findings. Methods Retrospective analysis of 11 cases EG confirmed by gastroscopy and biopsy, the patients were divided into multiple regional group and non multiple regional group based on involved regions on CT: multiple regional group showed that the lesions involving the digestive tracts or parenteral parts were more than 2, whereas for the non multiple regional group. At the same time， the differences of the count and proportion of peripheral blood eosinophil between the two groups were compared. Results The non multiple regional group included 6 cases: 1 case of stomach were involved; 1 case of esophagus combination with stomach was involved; 1 case of stomach combination with duodenum was involved; 1 case of stomach combination with jejunum was involved; 2 cases of jejunum combination with ileum were involved.
