豬卵培養於含內泌素之體外成熟培養液時 對卵母細胞之成熟、受精與胚發育能力的 影響 1 2 3 4 林育安 謝來安 陳銘正 林佳靜 1. 國立宜蘭技術學院應用動物系助教 2. 國立屏東科技大學畜產系副教授 3. 國立宜蘭技術學院應用動物系教授 4. 國立宜蘭技術學院應用動物系副教授 摘要 本試驗之目的，乃研究豬卵丘- 卵母細胞複合體培養於含有內泌素之體外成熟培養液中之時間長短， 對卵母細胞成熟率及受精後之受精率與胚發育率的影響。豬卵丘-卵母細胞複合體分成二組，對照組為培 養於含有內泌素與20% 濾泡液之體外成熟培養液中48 小時，處理組為前24 小時於含有內泌素，後24 小 時無內泌素之體外成熟培養液中培養。將部分去除卵丘之卵母細胞固定，其餘進行體外受精，隨後並培養 於 NCSU23 培養液中 16 小時與 144 小時，檢查卵母細胞之成熟率、受精率與胚發育率。試驗結果顯示， 對照組與處理組之成熟率分別為 76.2% 與 80.7% ；受精率為78.6% 與 82.9% 。處理組之雄原核形成率為 58.5% 顯著高於對照組之 37.4% (P0.05) 。處理組之胚發育率與桑椹胚之比率分別為80.7% 與 19.4% ，均顯 著高於對照組之62.5% 與3.8% (P0.05) 。 關鍵詞：豬卵母細胞、體外成熟、體外受精 Effects of The Exposure Duration of Hormonal Supplements on Maturation of Porcine Oocyte and Their Subsequent Fertilizing and Developmental Competence In Vitro Yu-An Lin1 Lai-An Hsieh2 Ming-Cheng Chen3 and Chai-Ching Lin4 1.
