石油管道工程的现状分析及结构创新 　　摘要：随着社会的进步和时代的飞速发展，我国的经济建设也处在快速的发展当中，这样的现象导致社会对石油能源的需求量大大的增加了，与此同时，我国石油管道方面的建设也在随着科学技术的进步和发展，以及石油方面工业化的建设而不断进步，快速的发展起来，同时，由于管道运输相对于其他运输方式来说，它具有方便、快捷和安全系数高等诸多特点，因此，石油管道运输逐渐成为我国在石油运输方面的主要运输方式，并且以飞快的速度进行建设和发展。本文针对管道工程的组织协调问题进行研究和分析，并对其管理组织的项目协调等相关的问题进行讨论和研究。 　　 　　关键词：石油管道；管道工程现状；管道结构创新 　　Abstract: with the rapid development of social progress and era, the economic construction of our country is in the rapid development, this phenomenon causes the social demand for oil is greatly increased, at the same time, the construction of Chinas oil pipeline is also along with the progress and development of science and technology, as well as the construction of oil the industrialization progress, the rapid development of it, at the same time, because the pipeline transport relative to other modes of transport, it is convenient, fast and high safety coefficient and many other features, therefore, the oil pipeline transportation has gradually become the main mode of transport in Chinas oil transportation, and construction and development at full speed. In this paper, research and analysis for the organization and coordination of the pipeline project, discussion and research and the management organization of project coordination and other related issues. 　　Keywords: oil pipeline; pipeline engineering of pipeline structure innovation; 　　中图分类号：TP39 文献标识码：A 文章编号： 　　 　　1.引言 　　目前，随着我国对石油的需求量越来越高，我国的石油化工方面相关企业的经营发展成果也在市场经济的体制之下逐渐的提高，相关企业单位的投资项目建设需求也在随之不断的提升。因此，石油化工的相关企业为了保证自身的经营规模可以在原有的社会职能当中和项目自身的管理职能当中站稳脚跟，将企业的经营规模继续壮大，就需要加大在项目管理组织方面的协调能力，确定项目之间的协调工作、部门之间的协作、职能相关单位和项目相关部门等多个方面之间的关系以及问题，以此作为保障，保证项目可以在建设过程中顺利的进行。 　　 　　2.管道工程的研究意义 　　我国的资源分布极为不均匀，石油的分布大致是西多东少、北多南少，这就使得我国石油的平均分配需要借助管道的运输，给贫油区提供充足的石油能源，因此，管道工程的建设越来越多。由于其使用方式日益繁多，使用的领域也在不断增加，管道的运输已经成为继水上运输、公路运输、空中运输、铁路运输之后的第五大运输方式，并且国家在“十一五”的时候将其建设设定为重要的投资建设项目之一。 　　随着这一新项目的不断发展，部分石油管道的工程建设项目都要将原来的小规模经营形式进行扩大，使其变成工程项目多、数量不断增加的大型规模经营形式，这样多项目的环境，使得石油管道在工程建设方面出现了诸多的管理问题[1]。 　　 　　3.石油相关企业的管道工程项目中自主的现状分析 　　（1）工程项
