糖尿病肾病患者血液透析过程中血压变化的的特点及护理 　　[摘要] 目的 分析糖尿病肾病患者血液透析过程中血压?化的特点，并探讨相应护理措施。方法 选取86例该院于2016年1月―2017年1月所收治的糖尿病肾病患者，将其随机分为对照组和观察组，所有患者均行血液透析，于透析过程当中给予对照组患者常规护理，观察组患者针对性护理，观察并比较两组患者透析前、透析1 h、透析2 h和透析3 h的血压水平及低血压的发生情况。结果 观察组低血压的发生率为4.65%，明显低于对照组的18.60%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 糖尿病肾病患者在行血液透析过程当中血压极易发生较大浮动，从而引起各类并发症，给予针对性护理可保持患者血压水平平稳，减少低血压的发生，促进患者早日康复。 　　[关键词] 糖尿病肾病；血液透析；血压变化 　　[中图分类号] R47 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-4062（2017）08（b）-0005-02 　　Blood Pressure Changes Features and Nursing of Patients with Diabetic Nephropathy in the Hemodialysis Course 　　XI Qing-xia， ZHENG Li-yan 　　Hemodialysis Room， Rizhao Central Hospital， Rizhao， Shandong Province， 276800 China 　　[Abstract] ObjectiveTo analyze the blood pressure changes features and nursing of patients with diabetic nephropathy in the hemodialysis course and study the corresponding nursing measures.
