经营人才推进快速成才的模式探索实践   摘要: 随着80后、90后、农二代、富二代进入工作岗位并逐步成为社会人力资源的中坚力量,从业人群的人生观、价值观、就业观已发生显著变化,过往“工作第一、生活第二”的观念已经随着时代的进步已发生颠覆式改变。当今时代的就业人员同比过往已经有了一个较好的物质基础作为工作的后盾,工作对生活的支撑功能在下降。员工对生活的重要性认识已经超越了工作。这是时代的进步,也促成了人员的流动速度明显加快。作为企业,无法改变时代的特征和发展要求,唯有改变自己,适应时代。公司的发展归根结底靠人才,企业的竞争力说到底是人才的竞争力。现代人力资源管理和人才建设者必须不断解放思想、适应新时代的发展要求。如何经营人才,推进快速成才,结合市场化的特性需要在工作中不断探索、研究、实践。   Abstract: With the generation born in the 80s and 90s, agricultural 2nd generation, affluent 2nd generation going into jobs and gradually becoming the backbone of social human resource, outlook on life, values, concept of employment has changed and the past concept of work first, second life has been disruptively changed with the progress of the times. Employee in the current era has a better material base as the backing of the work compared with that in the past, so the works support function to life is falling. The employees cognition to lifes importance has been beyond the work. This is the progress of the times, and also contributed to the flow of personnel significantly accelerated. To the enterprise, it can not change the characteristics and development requirements of the times, only to change their own, to adapt to the times. In the final analysis, the development of the company depends on the talent, and the competitiveness of enterprises is the competitiveness of talent. The modern human resource management and the talent builder must emancipate the mind unceasingly, adapt development request of the new times.
