关节镜治疗肱骨大结节骨折的的疗效观察 　　摘 要 目的：观察关节镜治疗肱骨大结节骨折的疗效。方法：收集肱骨大结节骨折患者36例，均经X线检查确诊，并接受关节镜治疗，对比治疗前后患者肩关节评分和疼痛程度评分。结果：治疗后患者肩关节评分为（19.52±3.42）分，显著低于治疗前的（33.15±3.47）分，差异有统计学意义（P=0.000）。治疗前患者疼痛程度Ⅱ级22例，Ⅲ级14例，治疗后疼痛程度0级9例，Ⅰ级21例，Ⅱ级6例，无Ⅲ级疼痛，治疗前后差异有统计学意义（P均0.05）。结论：关节镜治疗肱骨大结节骨折能显著促进骨愈合，确保治疗效果，使患者预后更佳，值得推广应用。 　　关键词 肱骨大结节骨折；关节镜；肩关节评分；疼痛程度；治疗效果 　　中图分类号：R683.41 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1006-1533（2017）22-0021-02 　　Observation of curative effect of arthroscopy in the treatment of fracture of greater tuberosity of humerus 　　HUANG Lin 　　（Second Department of Orthopedics of Central Hospital of Xingang Group， Xinyu 338000， Jiangxi Province， China） 　　ABSTRACT Objective： To observe the effect of arthroscopy in the treatment of fractures of greater tuberosity of humerus. Methods： A total of 36 cases of fracture of greater tuberosity of humerus were collected. All the patients were diagnosed by X-ray and received arthroscopic treatment. The shoulder score and pain degree were compared before and after treatment. Results： After treatment， the shoulder joint score was （19.52±3.42） points， which was significantly lower than that before treatment （33.15±3.47） points， and the difference was statistically significant （P=0.000）. The degrees of pain before treatment were 22 cases in grade II and 14 cases in grade III. After treatment， the degrees of pain were 0 in grade 9， 21 in grade I， and 6 in grade II， there was no grade III pain， and the difference was statistically significant before and after treatment （P0.05）.
