紫外线光疗联合单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗带状疱疹的的疗效观察 　　[摘要] 目的 观察紫外线光疗联合单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。 方法 将入选的113例带状疱疹患者随机分为两组，治疗组给予单磷酸阿糖腺苷静脉注射，局部给予紫外线照射皮损处，直至水疱完全结痂。对照组给予单磷酸阿糖腺苷静脉注射。两组同时均予维生素B1、维生素B12肌肉注射，甲钴胺片口服。 结果 治疗组和对照组的有效率分别为88.14%和85.19%，两组均有良好的临床效果，但有效率及疼痛缓解、痊愈时间的差异均无统计学意义（P均0.05）；而治疗组的止疱时间和结痂时间明显短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P均0.05）。两组患者均无严重不良反应。 结论 单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗带状疱疹安全有效，联合紫外线光疗会使皮损恢复更加迅速，值得临床选用。 　　[关键词] 紫外线光疗；单磷酸阿糖腺苷；带状疱疹；临床观察 　　[中图分类号] R751 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 2095-0616（2015）19-212-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe clinical curative effect of UVB phototherapy combined with Ara-AMP in treatment of herpes zoster. Methods 113 patients with herpes zoster were randomly allocated to the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was received intravenous injection of Ara-AMP. In addition， ultraviolet radiation was locally given to lesional epidermis until blister scabbed. The control group was received intravenous injection of Ara-AMP. Patients in two groups were all received intramuscular injection of vitamin B1， vitamin B2 and oral mecobalamin tablets at the same time. Results Effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 88.14% and 85.19% respectively and clinical curative effects of two groups were both good. But differences of effective rate， pain relief and cure time of two groups had no statistical significance （P0.05）. While the time of ceasing new blister and the time of incrustation in the treatment group were both shorter than those in the control group and the differences had statistical significance （P0.05）. Patients in two groups all showed no severe adverse reactions. Conclusion Ara-AMP in treatment of herpes zoster is safe and effective. Its combination with UVB phototherapy can promote recovery of lesional epidermis which is worthy of clinical application. 　　[Key words] UVB phototherapy； Ara-AMP； Herpes zoster； Clinical observation 　　带状疱疹是由水痘-带状疱疹病毒引起的急性炎症性皮肤病，表现为沿单侧周围神经分布的簇集性小水疱，常伴显著的神经痛[1]。年长者、年幼者均可发病，但成人多见，其发病率随着年龄增大而呈显著上升趋势，老年人一旦患上此病，很容易发生后遗神经痛，其中30%～50%为
