浅议现代企业工程机械设备管理的措施 　　摘要：现代生产企业必须加强机械设备的管理，只有通过设备管理才能提升机械的利用率，从而减少不必要的设备投资，同时也可以提高产品的生产效率，为企业产品的市场占有率打下基础。在生产企业的发展中，机械设备的正常运转是十分重要的，如果因机械技术问题而引起生产流水线停工，这将给企业带来非常巨大的经济损失。所以提高企业机械设备的管理水平，确保机械设备的正常使用，对企业的发展是非常重要的，在市场经济条件下，企业要通过有效的管理手段来加深机械设备的管理工作，把管理深入到机械设备的生产中，减少机械成本的支出。 　　关键词：现代企业；设备租赁；管理 　　Abstract: The modern production enterprise must strengthen the management of mechanical equipment, only through the equipment management to increase the utilization rate of mechanical, thus reduce unnecessary equipment investment, at the same time it can improve the production efficiency, for enterprise products market share to lay the foundation. So to improve the enterprise management level of mechanical equipment, to ensure the normal use of mechanical equipment, to the enterprises development is very important, under the conditions of market economy, the enterprise to through effective management means to deepen the management of mechanical equipment, deep into the management of mechanical equipment production, reduce the cost of mechanical spending. 　　Keywords: modern enterprise, equipment leasing, management. 　　中图分类号：U673.38文献标识码：A文章编号： 　　生产企业的机械设备是企业经济效益提高的重要保障，也是企业生产经营中重要的管理项目。良好的机械设备管理可以提升企业的核心竞争力，为企业的长远发展打下坚实的基础。随着我国市场经济的发展，机械管理逐步被企业所认识，提高机械设备的使用效率、完善机械设备的保养、减少设备投资、降低生产成本已成为现代生产企业所重点关注的问题。从管理的角度出发，对现代生产企业机械设备的管理进行系统的分析和论述。 　　1现代机械设备管理的基本任务 　　机械设备的主要任务，根据《设备管理条例》规定：“企业设备管理的主要任务是对设备进行综合管理，保持设备完好，不断改善和提高企业技术装备素质，充分发挥设备效能，取得良好的投资效益。设备综合管理是企业设备管理的指导思想和基本制度，也是完成设备管理任务的基本保证。结合公路施工与养护单位的情况，机械设备管理的具体任务有如下要点： 　　(1)根据企业长远和年度生产经营的的方针、目标，制定本单位的机械设备管理的工作目标和计划指标。层层分解落实到基层，推行岗位责任制，明确各级的工作任务，保证机械设备管理目标的实现。 　　(2)以生产中关键机械设备为重点，加强机械设备的状态管理。坚持预防维修，正确使用，精心维护，定期检查，采用适用的检测手段和诊断技术，开展设备故障的早期预测，及时采取措施，将故障防息于未然，以减少停机而造成的生产损失。 　　(3)从实际出发，针对不同的生产条件和机械设备
