正骨推拿结合运动疗法治疗颈椎病30例的的疗效观察 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨正骨推拿结合运动疗法治疗颈椎病疗效。方法：选取笔者所在医院2013年4月-2014年10月收治的颈椎病患者60例，随机分为对照组和试验组。对照组予以正骨推拿治疗，试验组予以正骨推拿结合运动疗法治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的数字疼痛评分法（NPRS）与颈痛量表（NPQ）评分及治疗总有效率。结果：治疗后，两组的数字疼痛评分法（NPRS）与颈痛量表（NPQ）评分均较治疗前显著改善，且试验组患者的改善情况显著优于对照组患者（P0.05）；治疗后，试验组的治疗总有效率为96.67%显著高于对照组的73.33%（P0.05）。结论：对颈椎病的治疗，正骨推拿结合运动疗法可以明显改善患者颈部疼痛，缓解起临床症状，提高治疗有效率，值得临床应用。 　　【关键词】 正骨推拿； 运动疗法； 颈椎病 　　中图分类号 R7681.5 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2015）18-0022-02 　　Clinical Observation of 30 Cases of Cervical Spondylosis Treated by Bonesetting Massage Combined with Exercise Therapy/WEN Chuan-qi.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2015，13（18）：22-23 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of cervical spondylosis treated by bonesetting massage combined with exercise therapy.Method：60 cases of cervical spondylosis admitted to our hospital from April 2013 to October 2014 were selected，they were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group was treated with bonesetting massage，the experimental group was given bonesetting massage combined with exercise therapy treatment.Digital pain score method（NPRS），neck pain scale（NPQ） score before and after treatment and total effective of two groups were compared.Result：After treatment，the digital pain score method（NPRS） and neck pain scale（NPQ） score in the two groups were significantly improved，the improvement of the experimental group was significantly better than the control group（P0.05）.After treatment，the total effective rate of experimental group was 96.67%，which was significantly higher than 96.67% of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Bonesetting massage combined with exercise therapy can significantly improve neck pain of cervical spondylosis，relieve the clinical symptoms，improve the treatment efficiency，is worthy of clinical application. 　　【Key words】 Bonesetting massage； Exercise therapy； Cervical spondylosis 　　First-author’s address：Beiliu People’s Hospital，Beiliu 537400，China 　　doi：10.1
