家族式企业提高管理水平的研究 ［ ］在商品生产中，家族企业是最早的企业形式，其A部结构最是复杂，而 且规模差异也是最大的。家族企业的主要特扯主要表现是家族中的成员对企业的 经营权和所冇权的控制。家族企业的发展呈多元化态势。我国家族式企业伴随着 网家经济的迅速发展而不断壮大，在国民经济屮所起的作用也是越来越重要。同 时，我W的一部分家庭企业也出现了很多的弊端，例如世袭制、家K式的管理方 法、家族企业屮的管理制度欠缺、后续发展力量很薄弱等问题。这些问题不光限 制了我鬧家族企业的发展壮大，还严重的阻碍了我岡的经济健康发展。如何将家 族式管理向现代化企业管理转变，给家族企业指明一条道路成了首要问题。本文 首先论述了企业管理的重要内涵及其花现代家族企业屮的重要地位，然后从家族 企业自身的特点出发，分析了我国家族企业源管理的优势以及存在的问题，并提 出符合家族企业管理的对策使家族企业拥冇不断创新的活力，保证其在研发、生 产、营销等方面具宥一定的领先地位、最终赢得市场认可。 ［关键字］家族企业管理模式 Research family enterprises to improve management level [Abstract] Family business is the earliest form of enterprise in our country，it has the most complicated inner structure and difference of scale. However，shortcomings have turned up from family business, like Hereditary Rule ,paternalistic management method，etc I’ve made a detailed elaboration on the malpractice of China’s family business and the superiorities of modern business management by the method of theoretical research, and a strategic analysis of the ways which family management transforming into modem enterprise from the respects below: setting up modern enterprise property right system, introducing professional managers，enhancing HRM. All above I wish could point out a right direction of the future of family business. This paper first discusses the important connotation of enterprise management and its important role in the modern family business, and then from the family business of their own characteristics, analyzes the source of our family business management features and problems and proposed management of the family business in line Measures to make the family business with innovative vitality，ensure that it has a certain leader in the development，production, marketing and other aspects，and ultimately win market acceptance.
