基于制造业供应链绩效评价指标体系的构建及实例应用-工程论文 基于制造业供应链绩效评价指标体系的构建及实例应用 陈龙权 CHEN Long-quan；尹红 YIN Hong；张飞 ZHANG Fei；郭健GUO Jian （昆明理工大学机电工程学院，昆明 650500） （Faculty of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering，Kunming University of Science and Technology，Kunming 650500，China） 摘要： 本文先介绍了制造业对一个国家的重要性以及供应链绩效评价的定义。以世界知名制造企业在供应链绩效评价方面的作为与不作为，以及他们的获得与失去作为背景，证明了供应链绩效评价的重要性，企业与企业之间的竞争已经成为过去，21世纪竞争体系是供应链与供应链之间的竞争。而在制造业要拥有强大的供应链竞争能力，一套完整的供应链评价体系将是其必备武器之一，而作为供应链绩效评价体系的基础供应链绩效评价指标体系，它的构建的合理与否、恰当与否、完善与否都会对整个供应链绩效评价产生重要影响，以至于做出正确或错误决策。再结合制造业供应链绩效评价指标选取的一般原则，以及SCOR模型与平衡记分卡模型的优缺点，构建了一个相对完善的基于制造业供应链绩效评价指标体系，然后通过该指标体系对深圳某机械制造企业的供应链进行实例分析。 Abstract： This paper first introduces the importance of manufacturing industry in a country as well as the definition of supply chain performance evaluation. Their action and inaction of renowned manufacturing enterprises in the world in supply chain performance evaluation and their gain and loss as a background， to prove the importance of supply chain performance evaluation， and the competition between enterprises has become the past， the 21st century is the competition system between supply chain and supply chain. In manufacturing has a strong competitive power of supply chain， a complete set of evaluation system of supply chain will be one of the necessary weapon， and as the basis of supply chain performance evaluation system——supply chain performance evaluation index system， its construction is reasonable or not， appropriate or not， perfect or not will have heavy influence on the whole supply chain performance evaluation. Combined with the general principles of the selection of manufacturing supply chain performance evaluation index， and the advantages and disadvantages of SCOR model and balanced scorecard model， a relatively complete supply chain performance evaluation index system based on manufacturing is constructed and then through the index system the supply chain performance of a machinery manufacturing enterprise in Shenzhen is analyzed. 关键词 ： 供应链
