聚甲酚磺醛溶液治疗慢性宫颈炎400例临床的应用浅析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨聚甲酚磺醛溶液对于慢性宫颈炎的治疗效果。方法 整群选取 2013年1月―2015年1月大连金石滩医院妇科门诊收治的400例慢性宫颈炎患者，应用昆明瑞源制药有限公司的聚甲酚磺醛溶液治疗了218例病例分为治疗组，应用物理疗法leep治疗了182例病例，分为对照组。对两种治疗方法，病例选择结合患者意愿随机分配。观察恢复效果，跟踪至痊愈（痊愈指宫颈表面光滑，柱状上皮异位消失）。 结果 经两种治疗方法，400例慢性宫颈炎均痊愈。而聚甲酚磺醛溶液治疗组218例，只有1例合并症。物理治疗对照组182例，有78例合并症。随访至治疗结束后6个月，聚甲酚磺醛治疗组并发症消失，应用物理疗法leep对照组并发症宫颈口峡窄，外口粘连20例中有10例减轻或消失，宫颈管结节再生20例中消失18例。且两种治疗方案均无复发。两组差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 聚甲酚磺醛溶液治疗慢性宫颈炎远期效果明显好于物理疗法，并发症极少是其最大亮点，值得推广。 　　[关键词] 聚甲酚磺醛溶液；慢性宫颈炎；并发症 　　[中图分类号] R4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）01（a）-0045-04 　　Clinical Analysis of the Application Effect of Policresulen Solution in the Treatment of 400 Cases with Chronic Cervicitis 　　LIU Juan 　　Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology， Dalian Golden Pebble Beach Hospital， Dalian， Liaoning Province， 116650 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To discuss the treatment result of policresulen solution in the treatment of chronic cervicitis. Methods 400 cases with chronic cervicitis admitted in Gynecological Clinic of Dalian Golden Pebble Beach Hospital from January 2013 to January 2015 were divided into the treatment group（218 cases） and the control group（182 cases） in accordance with the willing of the patients. The treatment group were treated by policresulen solution produced in Kunming Ruiyuan Pharmaceutical Limited Company， and the control group were treated by LEEP physiotherapy. The treatment effect was observed， the patients were followed up till the chronic cervicitis was healed（healing meant that the cervical surface was smooth and the columnar epithelium disappeared）. Results All the 400 patients were cured after the two kinds of treatment. However， of the 218 cases treated by policresulen solution， only 1 case had complication， while of the 182 cases with LEEP physiotherapy， 78 cases had complications. 6 months after treatment， the complication occurred in the treatment group healed， but in the control group， among the 20 cases with cervix stricture and external adhesion cases， only 1
