阿维A治疗掌跖脓疱病的的疗效观察 　　[摘要] 目的：探讨口服阿维A治疗掌跖脓疱病的疗效。方法：将已经确诊的掌跖脓疱病患者随机分为A、B两组。A组27例口服阿维A，开始为每日20～30 mg，连续2周，随后根据疗效增减剂量，总疗程为8周；B组26例口服多西环素，开始为每日200 mg，病情明显好转后减为每日100 mg，总疗程为8周。两组患者均同时外用卤米松乳膏，并于开始治疗后的第2、4、8周判断疗效。结果：A组在治疗后第2、4、8周时的有效率分别为60.0%、80.0%、92.0%，B组则分别为29.1%、41.7%、54.2%，A组的有效率均高于B组，经统计学分析，差异均有统计学意义（P值分别为0.030、0.006、0.006）。结论：阿维A治疗掌跖脓疱病疗效满意，值得临床应用。 　　[关键词] 阿维A；掌跖脓疱病；疗效 　　[中图分类号] R753.1[文献标识码]A [文章编号]1673-7210（2010）11（b）-021-02 　　 　　Therapeutic efficacy of Acitretin in treatment of patients with palmoplantar pustulosis 　　JIN Guanglian1, ZHONG Liansheng2 　　(1.Department of Dermatology, the People′s Hospital of Pizhou City, Jiangsu Province, Pizhou 221300, China, 2.Department of Dermatology, the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical College, Jiangsu Province, Xuzhou 221002, China) 　　[Abstract] Objective: To explore the therapeutic efficacy of Acitretin in the treatment of patients with palmoplantar pustulosis. Methods: The patients with palmoplantar pustulosis were divided into group A (27 cases) and group B (26 cases). 27 patients in group A were treated with Acitretin which was administered 20-30 mg per day for 2 weeks, then adjusted the dosage according to the response for another 8 weeks. 26 patients in group B were treated with Doxycycline 200 mg per day for 2 weeks, then tapered to 100 mg per day according to the response for another 8 weeks, Halometasone Cream was used in two groups. The efficacy was evaluated after treating 2, 4, 8 weeks. Results: After treatment of 2, 4, 8 weeks, in the group A, the effective rates were 60.0%, 80.0% and 92.0% respectively, and were 29.1%, 41.7%, 54.2% in the group B. There were significant differences on the effective rates in two groups (P=0.030, 0.006, 0.006 respectively).
