风湿免疫疾病中肺部并发症预防及护理的的体会 　　摘要：目的：探讨临床护理干预对风湿免疫疾病中肺部并发症患者的临床效果，评价其临床价值。方法：对于2010年6月-2012年2月在本院治疗的76例风湿免疫疾病患者，随机分为两组，其中对照组（38例）采用常规护理方法，观察组（38例）采用临床护理干预，对两组患者的有效率及满意度进行比较。结果：观察组患者的治疗有效率为94.7%（36/38），对照组患者的治疗有效率为81.6%（31/38），观察组患者的有效率高于对照组患者（P0.05）；观察组患者的满意度为97.4%（37/38），对照组患者的满意度为78.9%（30/38），观察组患者的满意度高于对照组，两组间存在统计学差异（P0.05）。结论：临床护理干预对风湿免疫疾病中肺部并发症患者的临床效果较好，能够提高患者的治疗效果，提高患者的满意度，具有很好的临床的应用价值。 　　关键词：风湿免疫疾病 临床干预护理 临床效果Rheumatological disease prevention of pulmonary complications and Nursing 　　Wu Xiu 　　Abstract：Objective：To investigate the clinical nursing intervention on the autoimmune diseases of pulmonary complications in patients with clinical results， to evaluate its clinical value.Methods：For the 2010 June -2011 year in October in the treatment of 76 cases of autoimmune rheumatic disease patients， were randomly divided into two groups， the control group （n=38） using the routine nursing care， observation group （n=38 ） using clinical nursing intervention， two groups of patients with efficiency and satisfaction were compared. Result：The patients in the observation group and the effective rate of treatment was 94.7% （36/38）， a control group of patients with a cure rate of 81.6% （31/38）， the patients in the observation group than in the control group patients the effective rate （P0.05）； the patients in the observation group satisfaction was 97.4% （37/38）， the control group patients satisfaction degree of 78.9% （30/38）， the patients in the observation group satisfaction than those in the control group， there was significant difference between two groups （ P0.05 ）.
