上海市大团社区65岁以上老年人高血压相关危险因素剖析 　　摘 要 目的：了解大团社区老年人高血压、肥胖症、高脂血症的患病情况，探索肥胖、高脂血症等危险因素与高血压发病之间的相关关系，为农村地区高血压防治提供依据。方法：2015年4月―6月对大团社区7 203名65岁以上老年人进行体格检查，内容包括体重、身高、血压及血脂等，并进行问卷调查。结果：老年人高血压、肥胖症、中心性肥胖症、超重以及高脂血症患病率分别为41.60%、15.99%、44.29%、39.23%、32.75%。老年人高血压患病率随年龄增加而上升，体质指数、腰围与高血压的发生相关，OR值分别为1.449（1.343-1.564）和1.428（1.280-1.594）。结论：老年人的高血压患病率与年龄、体质指数及腰围显著相关。 　　关键词 高血压 肥胖 高脂血症 　　中图分类号：R544.1 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1006-1533（2016）12-0056-02 　　Analysis of the related risk factors of hypertension in the elderly people over 65 years old in Datuan Community of Shanghai 　　WANG Wei 　　（Datuan Community Health Service Center of Pudong New District， Shanghai 201316， China） 　　ABSTRACT Objective： To understand the prevalence of hypertension， obesity and hyperlipidemia in the elderly people in Datuan Community to explore the relationship between the risk factors of obesity， hyperlipidemia， and others and the incidence of hypertension to provide a basis for prevention and treatment of hypertension in rural areas. Methods： From April to June 2015， 7 203 elderly people over 65 years old were examined in Datuan Community， and the examination contents included the weight， height， blood pressure and blood lipid， and a questionnaire survey was conducted. Results： The prevalence rates of hypertension， obesity， central obesity， overweight， and hyperlipidemia of the elderly people were 41.60%， 15.99%， 44.29%， 39.23%， and 32.75%， respectively. The prevalence of hypertension in the elderly people increased with the increasing of age and the waist circumference and body mass index was related to the occurrence of hypertension. OR values were 1.449（1.343-1.564）and 1.428（1.280-1.594）， respectively.
