高等教育服务学生满意度调查的研究 　　摘要： 运用问卷调查方法，分析在校大学生对高等教育服务满意度问题。以贵州C大学在校本科生为调查对象，运用SPSS18.0分析工具对调查结果进行整理分析。发现学生的总体满意度偏低，其中学生学习成绩对高等教育服务满意度的影响比较大，不同成绩的学生在个人发展和就业、课程教学和其他管理、生活和环境、资源和咨询、资助和收费五个维度上的满意度是不同的，且差异较大。在此基础上，文章针对存在的问题提出相关解决对策，提高学生对高等教育服务的满意度。 　　Abstract： The questionnaire survey was used to analyze the satisfaction degree of college students in the service of higher education.The undergraduates in Guizhou C University were investigated， the results of the investigation were analyzed by means of SPSS18.0 analysis tools.
