三子养阴汤合并穴位贴敷治疗原发性高血压患者临床剖析 　　【摘要】 目的：分析三子养阴汤穴位贴敷治疗原发性高血压患者临床效果。方法：选取本院2014年5月-2015年7月收治的97例原发性高血压患者，采用随机分组的方式将其划分为常规干预组48例和综合干预组49例。常规干预组患者予以原发性高血压常规西药干预，综合干预组患者在此基础上予以三子养阴汤结合穴位贴敷干预。对比分析两组患者原发性高血压治疗效果、治疗前后舒张压、收缩压变化和血流动力学指标及不良反应发生情况。结果：经过4周治疗后，综合干预组的治疗总有效率95.92%明显高于常规干预组的77.08%，差异有统计学意义（ 字2=7.412，P=0.007）。两组患者治疗前舒张压、收缩压比较差异均无统计学意义（P0.05）。综合干预组患者治疗后上述指标均明显低于常规干预组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。两组治疗后的SVRI均明显低于治疗前，且综合干预组的SVRI明显低于常规干预组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：在原发性高血压常规治疗同时予以三子养阴汤结合穴位贴敷干预，有助于提高原发性高血压治疗效果，改善患者血压水平，且不良反应少，临床用药安全可靠。 　　【关键词】 三子养阴汤； 穴位贴敷； 原发性高血压患者； 临床价值 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the clinical effect of Three Sub-yin Decoction combined with acupoint sticking therapy in the treatment of patients with primary hypertension.Method：97 patients with primary hypertension admitted to our hospital from May 2014 to July 2015 were selected，they were divided into the conventional intervention group for 48 cases and the comprehensive intervention group for 49 cases according to random grouping method.The conventional intervention group was given conventional Western medicine intervention with primary hypertension，the comprehensive intervention group was given Three Sub-yin Decoction combined with acupoint sticking therapy on the basis of the conventional intervention group.The primary hypertension treatment effect，the changes of diastolic and systolic blood pressure，hemodynamic parameters before and after treatment，and the adverse reactions between the two groups were compared and analyzed.Result：After four weeks of treatment，the total effective rate of the comprehensive intervention group was 95.92%，which was significantly higher than 77.08% of the conventional intervention group，the difference was statistically significant（ 字2=7.412，P=0.007）.There were no statistically significant differences in diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure between the two groups before treatment（P0.05），the above indicators of comprehensive intervention group after treatment were significa
