PAGE l l 毕业设计报告(论文) 论 文 题 目: 供应链融资的风险管理 与应用研究 作者所在系部: 经济管理系 作者所在专业: 物流管理 作者所在班级: B08323 作 者 姓 名: 作 者 学 号: 20084032307 指导教师姓名: 完 成 时 间: 2011年12月 北华航天工业学院教务处制 摘 要 供应链融资作为近年来新型的课题，前人已经做出许多有益的探索，本文结合现有的供应链融资概念，汇总介绍了仍处于探索阶段的供应链融资理念，如“1+N”融资模式、全程物流模式、“融通仓”模式等，旨在促进物流企业关心、关注供应链的最新发展成果，更好地应用供应链融资模式来化解企业融资难的矛盾,同时促进企业进一步加强对融资风险的研究与防范、提升企业竞争力。本文也在分析国内外供应链融资现状的基础上,对本文研究供应链融资的目的、意义进行了探讨和说明，对有关风险管理的理论如做了简要介绍,并先后从银行角度和物流企业角度分析了有关的供应链融资途径与手段，并以深圳发展银行“1+N”模式为例进行阐述。特别是从物流企业的角度，重点分析了在仓储保管等重要的物流管理环节，企业所面临的融资风险种类、存在的主要隐患，并针对潜在风险提出了积极的应对措施和方法。 关键词：供应链融资模式 风险管理 第三方物流企业 Abstract Supply chain financing as a new subject in recent years, our predecessors have made many useful exploration, this paper present the concept of supply chain financing, summary description of the still at the exploratory stage of the concept of supply chain financing, such as 1 + N financing model, the entire logistics model, warehouse facility mode, designed to promote the logistics business concern , concerned about the latest developments in the supply chain, better application of supply chain financing to resolve the contradiction between corporate financing, while promoting the company to further enhance the risk of financing the research and prevention, to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. This paper also analyzes the status of domestic and international supply chain financing on the basis of this study the purpose of financing the supply chain, discussed the meaning and description of the risk management theory, such as a brief introduction, and has from the bank angle and logistics company perspective on the ways and means of financing the supply chain. Especially from the perspective of logistics enterprises, focusing on analysis in the warehousing and logistics management and other important aspects of financial risk faced by business type, there are major risks, and for the potential risk of having a positive response and methods.
