中医辩证治疗患者尺桡骨延期愈合76例临床剖析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨采用中医辩证法治疗尺桡骨延期愈合患者的临床效果。方法 方便选取该院2015年10月―2016年10月收治的76例尺桡骨骨折延期愈合患者，采用中医辩证法的治疗方式，分析尺桡骨骨折延期愈合患者的临床治疗效果。结果 在采用中医辩证法进行治疗之后，各个临床分型患者都出现不同程度的症状改善，结果显示，气滞血瘀型患者的治疗总有效率为95.24%，肝肾不足型患者的治疗总有效率为87.50%，固定不当型患者的治疗总有效率为86.67%，3型患者的治疗总有效率为89.47%，并且在治疗过程中没有患者出现不良反应。结论 采用中医辩证法治疗尺桡骨骨折患者延期愈合症状时，需要分析了解导致患者出现延期愈合症状的原因，并对其采取针对性的治疗，实现真正的对症下药，这样才能促进患者骨折处的恢复，并降低患者的疼痛感，是一种有效的治疗方式，值得在临床治疗上推广使用。 　　[关键词] 中医辩证法；尺桡骨骨折；临床效果 　　[中图分类号] R4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2018）01（c）-0167-03 　　[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to investigate the clinical effect of TCM dialectical treatment of extension ulnar healing in patients. Methods 76 cases of delayed healing of patients with fracture of ulna and radius in the hospital from October 2015 to October 2016 were conveniently selected， using traditional Chinese medicine dialectical treatment， analyzing the radial and ulnar fractures delayed healing in patients’ clinical treatment. Results In the use of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical therapy， the clinical symptoms of all patients showed varying degrees of improvement， the results showed that the total effective rate of treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis type was 95.24%， the total effective rate of treatment of patients with liver and kidney insufficiency was 87.50%. The total effective rate was 86.67% in patients with improper fixation and 89.47% in patients with type III. No adverse reactions occurred in patients during the treatment. Conclusion The use of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical treatment of ulnar radius fracture patients with delayed healing symptoms needs to understand the cause leading to delayed symptoms in patients， and to take the targeted treatment， to achieve the real remedy， so as to promote the recovery of patients with fractures and to reduce patient’s pain， which is an effective treatment， it is worth promotion in clinical practice. 　　[Key words] Chinese medicine dialectics； Ulna and radius fracture； Clinical effect
