Hunan Normal University Changsha 410080 China Abstract The implementation of power bidding is an important action and necessary trend during the realization of power market. In this paper, the confirmed principle, means and mathematic model of capacity contract quantity, capacity contract price and efficiency displacement, bidding model, quote ways and mathematic model of bidding, and bargaining of timely market are investigated in detail. A power bidding system based on the mode is developed and the system is proved to be reliable and feasible by simulation and actual operation. It provides a powerful technical support for a fair and open power bidding market.
