低温等离子消融术治疗过敏性结膜炎疗效剖析 　　[摘要] 目的 评价下鼻甲低温等离子消融术治疗过敏性结膜炎的有效性。方法 方便收集该院2014年6月―2015年6月在该院诊断为过敏性鼻炎合并过敏性结膜炎，并行双侧下鼻甲等离子低温消融术的患者42例，分为手术治疗组，收集该院2014年6月―2015年6月在该院诊断为过敏性结膜炎并合并过敏性鼻炎的患者48例，分为药物治疗组（口服盐酸依匹斯汀胶囊及外用氮卓斯汀滴眼液，治疗 2 周），观察两组患者开始治疗 1 周 、2 周、1个月、3个月及6个月后的眼部症状变化。 结果 2 组的一般资料及治疗前的症状评分（3.03±1.26）分、（3.62±1.12）分差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。治疗1周（2.16±0.92）分、2周（1.91±0.78）分、1个月后（1.57±0.24）分、3个月（1.02±1.08）分、6个月后（1.03±0.92）分同药物治疗组的（1.28±0.86）分、（1.12±0.27）分、（1.57±0.24）分、（1.02±1.08）分、（2.83±0.96）分，组间检验后差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 下鼻甲低温等离子消融术治疗过敏性鼻结膜炎有效且疗效持久。 　　[关键词] 低温等离子消融术；过敏性结膜炎；过敏性鼻炎 　　[中图分类号] R4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）04（c）-0073-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of plasma radiofrequency treatment at low temperature in treatment of allergic conjunctivitis. Methods 42 cases of patients with anaphylactic rhinitis and allergic conjunctivitis in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were convenient selected as the operative treatment group， and treated with bilateral inferior plasma ablation at low temperature， while 48 cases with allergic conjunctivitis and anaphylactic rhinitis treated from June 2014 to June 2015 were selected as the drug treatment group， took the epinastine hydrochloride capsules orally and conduct the external use of hydrochloride eye drops for two weeks， and the eye symptom changes at 1 week， 2 week， 1 month， 3 months and 6 months after treatment of the two groups were observed. Results The differences in the general data and symptom scores before treatment between the two groups were not statistically significant[（3.03±1.26）points vs （3.62±1.12）points]，（P0.05）， and the differences between the two groups after the 1 week， 2 week， 1 month， 3 months and 6 months were statistically significant， [（2.16±0.92）points， （1.91±0.78）points， （1.57±0.24）points， （1.02±1.08）points， （1.03±0.92）points vs （1.28±0.86）points，（1.12±0.27）points，（1.57±0.24）points，（1.02±1.08）points，（2.83±0.96）points]， （P0.05）.
