ABSTRACT Retail industry as an important part of market economy in China has achieved rapid development in recent years, however, human resource management problems followed correspondingly. Problems exposed in recent years such as employees enthusiasm not high, lower job satisfaction, frequent turnover, have became a bottleneck and restricting the development of Chinas retail industry. Therefore, keeping up with development of times, establishing a reasonable effective employee incentive mechanism has become the key point of further development for the retail industry. Jiahua store holdings limited, which established as a wholly foreign-owned enterprise was approved by China’s ministry of commerce. It has been successfully transformed from startup phase to a mature stage of the business and rapidly growing up as one of best retail company in Shenzhen. Facing the increasingly incentive market competition, the traditional salary management system has been unable to meet the company continued incentive for employees. Therefore, this paper use the Jiahua store holdings limited as the research object, through analysis the reflection of its own incentive mechanism based on the modern incentive methodology, based on this proposed a new incentive mechanism, and then put forward the best way and details needing to pay attention for the modern sales enterprise to reform its employees incentive.
