精品 精品 摘 要 摘要：当今世界，人口剧增，资源锐减，生态失衡，境遭到严重破坏，人类生存和发展与全球的环境问题愈演愈烈，生态危机几乎到了一触即发的程度。在严峻的现实面前，人们不得不重新审视和评判我们现时正奉为信条的城市发展观和价值系统。 为了建筑、城市、景观环境的“可持续”，建筑学、城市规划学、景观建筑学等学科开始了可持续人类聚居环境建设的思考。许多有识之士逐渐认识到人类本身是自然系统的一部分，它与其支撑的环境休戚相关。在城市发展和建设过程中，必须优先考虑生态问题，并将其置于与经济和社会发展同等重要的地位上；而办公建筑是与人们密不可分的建筑，所以生态办公建筑的设计和发展成为了当今建筑发展史上一个重要的课题。 所谓生态办公建筑，是根据当地的自然生态环境，运用生态学、建筑技术科学的基本原理和现代科学技术手段等，合理安排并组织建筑与其他相关因素之间的关系，使建筑和环境之间成为一个有机的结合体，同时具有良好的室内气候条件和较强的生物气候调节能力，使人们拥有舒适的工作环境，使人、建筑与自然生态环境之间形成一个良性循环系统。 建筑既作用于生态环境，也作用于人类，它始终持续地影响着周围的环境和使用者者的生活，特别是对于我国高速发展的城市来说，其影响更是巨大。本文通过关于办公建筑及其生态设计方法的研究．去创造一种崭新的、健康的、富于生气的办公建筑模式。调整设计思路，充分利用环境和资源所提供的条件，将生态策略应用到建筑设计中，采取相应的建筑技术和措施，走可持续发展的道路。 关键词：建筑设计；生态策略；生态建筑；办公建筑 Abstract Abstract: In todays world, population increase, resource acute to decrease, ecological imbalance, habitat was severely damaged, the survival and development of mankind and global environmental problems intensified, the ecological crisis almost to be triggered at any moment degree.
