品管圈降低门诊注射输液室外周静脉输液重注率效果剖析 　　[摘要]目的 探讨运用品管圈降低门诊注射输液室外周静脉输液重注率的效果。方法 2016年3～9月组建品管圈小组，以“降低门诊注射输液室外周静脉输液重注率”为主题，采用头脑风暴法、鱼骨图、柏拉图等方法分析造成重注率高的主要原因，比较实施品管圈前后门诊注射输液室外周静脉输液重注率变化情况。结果 实施品管圈活动后外周静脉注射重注率为4.2%，显著低于实施前的25.7%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05），进步幅度为83.7%；与实施前比较，实施品管圈活动后输液室护士穿刺技术水平、工作积极性、健康教育能力、团队协助能力、解决问题能力、沟通交流能力、品管手法运用均有提高。结论 品管圈有助于降低门诊注射输液室外周静脉输液重注率，提升护理质量，值得推广应用。 　　[关键词]品管圈；门诊注射输液室；外周静脉输液；重注率 　　[中图分类号] R473.5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）12（a）-0176-03 　　Effect analysis of intravenous infusion of peripheral venous infusion in outpatient injection and infusion 　　LOU Yan 　　Injection and Transfusion Room，People′s Hospital of Ganzhou City in Jiangxi Province，Ganzhou 341000，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To investigate the effect of reducing the injection rate of peripheral venous infusion in outpatient injection by using quality control circle.Methods In order to reduce the infusion rate of peripheral intravenous infusion of outpatient infusion，the group of quality control circle was established from March to September 2016，the method of Brainstorming，Fishbone diagram and Platon method were used to analyze the main cause of the high rate of re injection，the changes of peripheral venous infusion rate of peripheral venous infusion in patients were compared before and after the implementation of quality control circle.Results After the implementation of the quality control circle，the injection rate was 4.2%，which was significantly lower than before implementation （25.7%），the difference was significant （P0.05）.The improvement rate was 83.7%，compared with the prior to the implementation，after the implementation of quality control circle activity room transfusion puncture nurses technical level，work enthusiasm，health education ability，team to assist the ability，solve problem ability，communication ability to communicate，quality control techniques were improved.Conclusion Quality control circle is helpful to reduce the infusion rate of peripheral venous infusion in outpatient infusio
