PAGE II PAGE I 辽宁工程技术大学毕业设计（论文） 摘要 钱家营矿业分公司位于河北省唐山市丰南区钱家营镇，地理坐标为北39°33′。本文设计对象为年产240Mt矿井的第一水平运输大巷，服务年限为75a。 本设计主要对钱家营煤矿运输大巷进行断面设计，其中主要设计内容包括：开挖断面结构设计、锚杆参数、炮眼参数和爆破参数的确定，施工组织设计与工程概算的计算。在设计过程中得到的主要结论包括：断面采用半圆拱结构，掘进宽度为4640mm，掘进高度为3840mm。采用锚喷网支护，选用树脂锚杆，杆体为Ф18mm螺纹钢，每孔安装两个树脂药卷，锚杆长度2.0m。选择混凝土标号为C20，喷射混凝土层厚度T1=120mm。钢筋网由钢筋焊接而成钢筋直径Ф为6mm，网格为120mm120mm。采用全断面开挖，施工方案采用钻爆法施工，炮眼共65个，炮眼深度为1.9m，周边眼直径Ф为32mm，其他Ф为36mm。采用气腿凿岩机和耙斗装岩机的机械化作业线，作业方式为掘支平行作业，采用三班工作制，一天三个循环，每一循环进尺为1.9m,故月进度可达到57m左右。 关键词：运输大巷；结构；锚喷网；钻爆；施工组织 Abstract Qianjiaying Mining Company located in Tangshan City, Hebei Province, Qian Ying Town Fengnan area, geographic coordinates for the North 39 ° 33 .
