Hayfield 机场项目工作情况汇报 本项目自2015 年6 月25 日进场以来，主要工作是完成一期清表剩余工作以及索 要剩余工程款，现将有关工作情况汇报如下： 1、6 月26 日，和监理以及PNG brothers 进行现场竣工验收。经验收，我方现场清表 产生垃圾未清理。（见附件一，第2 页） 2、7 月1 日，收到监理以及业主的指令，要求现场垃圾必须清理完成才能进行竣工验 收并付款。（附件二，3-6 页） 3、后经双方协商决定，先支付我方剩余工程款50% ，于8 月3 日将指令给我方。并 同意再8 月7 号之前给我方支票。（附件三，7-9 页） 4、8 月11 日，参加当地镇政府会议，政府委员回复，关于项目情况不知情，关于付 款的事需确认，我方将此情况反应给议员，议员承诺8 月21 日之前解决此问题。 5、后由于议员没时间回来，回复8 月24 （星期一）日返回wewak 解决此事。 由于进场将近两月，工作进展迟缓，至今索要工程款未果，主要原因如下： 1、当地黑人政府办事效率低下，对于付款能拖就拖，不积极配合。 2、政府内部关系复杂，关于付款这事存在争议。 3、甲方代表议员不在当地办公，有问题需要解决时，进展很慢。 30 June 2015 SITE INSPECTION REPORT Site inspection was carried out on Saturday 27/06/15 for contractor Mr Reid and two other Chinese personnel, the contractors representative Mr Peter Mawa and Mr Douglas Bulingu (NAC). A brief report on the progress of the first works by contractors for clearing and grubbing works at the Heyfield Aerodrome. I was at the Aerodrome before they arrived at 1015 and had a physical view of the aerodrome as well as got the photos that was forwarded to you. As soon as they arrived we went through the check lists. Clearing Grubbing of trees and shrubs were adequately identified and cleared within the aerodrome boundary perimeter. However holes such as those left from stumps, in areas of embankments have to be backfilled and compacted. Disposal of some waste materials were not dump at the designated place but were dumped along the main highway in which the works department at Maprik stopped the contractor to dump them at right place. Now 3.3. On the checklist. Grubbing Stripping Of To Soil. The topsoil toward Maprik Secondary School have not been removed where the threshold, RESA and end of the runway to the South. The stockpile of top soil removed within and inside of the perimeter of the aerodrome have not been removed ( indicated as per drawing attached and photos sent to you ) While the stockpile ( approx- 90% ) are still there and the regrowth of grass, the topsoil have not
