PAGE 4 l l 毕业设计报告(论文) 论 文 题 目: 沃尔玛物流信息化应用分析 作者所在系部: 经济管理系 作者所在专业: 物流管理 作者所在班级: 作 者 姓 名: 作 者 学 号: 指导教师姓名: 完 成 时 间: 2012年3月 北华航天工业学院教务处制 摘 要 沃尔玛公司作为世界上最大的商业连锁零售企业，通过其快速高效的物流信息化应用模式，使整个连锁物流环节实现了顺畅链接，提高了运作效率，并最终实现控制物流成本的目的。沃尔玛物流信息化应用堪称世界零售业物流运作的典范。零售业是中国目前业态变革最剧烈，同时也是物流变革需求最迫切的行业。在我国零售业快速发展的同时，其物流管理却暴露出物流成本高、运作效率低、现代化水平低以及物流运作模式落后等缺陷，这在一定程度上已成为制约我国零售企业不断壮大发展的“瓶颈”。学习和借鉴沃尔玛先进的物流信息化经验是我国零售业提高物流信息化水平与国际接轨的必然要求。 本文首先分析了沃尔玛物流信息化的发展，然后，论文详细阐述了沃尔玛在配送中心的基础上，采用先进的物流技术与设备实现连锁物流的高效、快速，说明了沃尔玛的成功扩张在很大程度上依赖其先进的物流信息化的应用。最后，论文分析了沃尔玛连锁物流信息化对我国零售业物流发展的启示和借鉴。 关键词：沃尔玛 连锁企业 物流信息化 Abstract Wal-Mart,as the largest commercial retail enterprise in the world,fast and efficient logistics through its application of information technology mode, the entire logistics chain to achieve a smooth chain links, improve operational efficiency, and ultimately control of logistics costs. Wal-Mart's logistics information application called the world a model of retail logistics.Chinese retail industry is launching the most dramatic reform,especially logistics reform.With the rapid development of Chinese retail industry,its logistics management has alsoexposed some drawbacks:such as high costs of logistics operation,inefficiency and lack of modern logistics operation system,which has restricted the sustainable developmentof Chinese retail industry to a certain extent.Learning from Wal-Mart’s advanced logistics information technology to improve logistics in China retail industry with the international level of information necessary requirement. In this thesis,firstly analyzes the Wal-Mart logistics information development, and then, the thesiselaborates the Wal-Mart in distribution center based on, the use of advanced logistics technology and equipment to realize the chain logistics efficient, rapid, illustrates the success of Wal-Mart expansion relies heavily on its advanced logistics information technology application.
