坎地沙坦酯联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压疗效剖析 　　【摘要】目的比较坎地沙坦酯和苯磺酸氨氯地平单用及两药合用对轻、中度高血压的降血压疗效和安全性。方法将146例轻、中度原发性高血压患者随机分为3组。坎地沙坦酯组4 3例,均服用坎地沙坦酯4 m g,qd;苯磺酸氨氯地平组47例,均服用苯磺酸氨氯地平5 m g,qd;联合用药组56例,服用坎地沙坦酯4 m g,qd,合用苯磺酸氨氯地平5 m g,q d;3组均持续用药4周。治疗开始前及治疗第1,2,4周末测量坐位血压、心率,并记录不良反应。结果4周后,坎地沙坦酯组总有效率为7 2.7%;苯磺酸氨氯地平组总有效率7 3.5%;联合用药组总有效率为88. 6%,且降血压幅度分别大于单用药组。3组降血压作用较治疗前均差异有极显著性(P0.05)。结论坎地沙坦酯和苯磺酸氨氯地平均具有良好的降血压有协同作用,坎地沙坦酯与苯磺酸氨氯地平联合用药效应。 　　【关键词】坎地沙坦酯苯磺酸氨氯地平原发性高血压联合用药 　　中图分类号:R972.4 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1005-0515(2010)08-249-03 　　Analysis treatment of the patients with essential hypertension by candesartan cilexetil and amlodipine besylate 　　Tang Jie 　　 Department of Cardiology in Second Hospital of Guangyuan, Sichuan 628700,China. 　　【Abstrac】 ObjectiveTo compare the treatment outcome on lower blood pressure and safety for curing mild- to-moderate hypertension by using candesartan cilexetil and amlodipine besylate Federatively and severally.Methods 146 patients with mild-to-moderate essential hypertension were divided into 3 groups random.The patients of 3 groups taked the medicine in 4 weeks,one group with 43 patients that taked candesartan cilexetil 4 mg,qd,one group with 47 patients that taked amlodipine besylate 5 mg,qd and the last group with 56 patients that taked candesartan cilexetil 4 mg,qd and amlodipine besylate 5 mg,qd.Measured the blood pressure and heart rate before curing and in the weakens of the first,second and fourth weaks after curing.And marked the bad reaction.Results4 weaks later,the total efficiency of the first group was 72.7%;the second group was 73.5%and the last group was 88. 6%.The range of lower blood pressure of the last group was larger than the other two groups.The efficiency on lower blood pressure of 3 groups was significant difference compared with before treatment(P0.05).Conclusion Candesartan cilexetil and amlodipine besylate are both efficient on the lower blood pressure.And combinative administration of candesartan cilexetil and amlodipine besylate has synergy. 　　【K
