局部麻醉腹股沟疝无张力修补术在老年患者治疗剖析 　　DOI：10.16662/j.cnki.1674-0742.2017.11.086 　　[摘要] 目的 探究局部麻醉腹股沟疝无张力修补术在老年患者治疗。方法 方便选择该院普外科2009年1月―2015年1月收治的132例老年腹股沟疝患者作为研究对象，随机数表法将其分为传统组（66例）和局麻组（66例）；考察两组腹股沟疝患者手术情况，治疗后的复发和并发症的发生情况。结果 传统组和局麻组的手术时间分别为（49.26±9.35）min和（51.29±8.72）min，两组相比差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；局麻组术后住院时间（3.56±1.21）d和术后复发率（3.03%）显著低于传统组（7.72±1.29）d和（9.09%）（P0.05），术后尿潴留、阴囊水肿和阴囊出血等并发症及术后感染的发生率分别为7.58%、3.03%、0、0显著低于传统组16.67%、10.61%、7.58%、3.03%（P0.05）。结论 局部麻醉腹股沟疝无张力修补术能有效治疗老年腹股沟疝，患者术后疼痛小、住院时间短、并发症少和复发发生率低。适合各医院进一步研究和应用。 　　[关键词] 局部麻醉；无张力修补术；腹股沟疝；老年患者 　　[中图分类号] R614 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）04（b）-0086-03 　　Study on Local Anesthesia Tension-free Repair of Inguinal Operation in Senile Patients 　　CHEN Wen-sheng， LI Wen-rong 　　Department of General Surgery， Fujian Provincial Hospital， Fuzhou， Fujian Province， 350000 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the treatment of local anesthesia tension-free repair of inguinal operation in senile patients.
