川芎治疗月经不调临床疗效剖析 　　DOI：10.16662/j.cnki.1674-0742.2016.32.134 　　[摘要] 目的 探析川芎治疗月经不调的临床效果。 方法 随机选取该院2015年8月―2016年8月收治的100例月经不调患者，将其随机分为研究组和对照组，各为50例，研究组以活血通经，滋补肝肾方治疗，对照组主要是指导患者合理休息，放松心情，适当锻炼等，比较两组治疗后的有效率及患者的满意率。结果 经治疗后，研究组治愈20例，显效15例，有效12例，其总有效率94.0%，对照组治愈13例，显效14例，有效8例，其总有效率70.0%，两组比较差异有统计学意义，P0.05；研究组治疗效果满意率88.0%，对照组治疗效果满意率66.0%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 川芎治疗月经不调的临床效果确切，显著优于对照组，安全有效，值得临床推广。 　　[关键词] 川芎；月经不调；临床效果；满意率 　　[中图分类号] R28 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）11（b）-0134-03 　　Analysis of the Clinical Curative Effect of Chuanxiong Treating Irregular Menstruation 　　ZHOU Ying-shu 　　The Second Peoples Hospital Pharmacy Department of Jintan， Changzhou， Jiangsu Province， 213200 China 　　[Abstract] Objective The clinical effect of Chuanxiong treating irregular menstruation. Methods Random selection our hospital in August 2015 to August 2016 admitted 100 cases of irregular menstruation patients were randomly divided into study group and control group， 50 cases of each study group to blood circulation， nourishing the liver and kidney treatment Treated ， while the control group of patients to guide reasonable rest， relax， exercise and other appropriate， efficient and patient satisfaction rate between the two groups after treatment. Results After treatment， the team treated 20 cases， 15 cases had marked effect， 12 cases were effectively， the total effective rate 94.0%， control group cure 13 cases， 14 cases had marked effect， 8 cases effectively， the total effective rate 70.0%， significant difference comparing the two groups， was statistically significant（P 0.05）； Team curative effect satisfaction rate of 88.0%， the control group treatment satisfaction rate of 66.0%， are similar between the two groups， was statistically significant（P 0.05）.
