微创内固定系统治疗股骨远端骨折疗效剖析 　　[摘要] 目的 分析微创内固定系统治疗股骨远端骨折疗效，为股骨远端骨折患者的治疗提供数据支持。 方法 选取我院2013～2014年收治的60例股骨远端骨折患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各30例。观察组股骨远端骨折患者通过微创内固定系统进行治疗，对照组则采用常规动力髁螺钉治疗。观察两组患者术中出血量、住院时间等相关指标，并观察两组患者并发症的情况。 结果 观察组的恢复优良率达93.3%，而对照组仅为73.3%，观察组的愈合时间为（5.1±1.2）周，而对照组的愈合时间为（7.2±2.1）周，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 微创内固定是当前应用最广的治疗股骨远端骨折系统，有利于股骨远端骨折的治疗，能有效地缓解病情，促进患者早日康复，值得在临床中推广和应用。 　　[关键词] 微创内固定系统；股骨远端骨折 　　Efficacy analysis of minimally invasive internal fixation system in treatment of distal femoral fractures 　　FENG Bin1 HE Bin2 　　1.Central Department of Orthopedics， the First Peoples Hospital of Wenling City in Zhejiang Province， Wenling 317500， China； 2.Department of Orthopedics， the Second Hospital Affiliated to Zhejiang Chinese Medicine University， Hangzhou 310005， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore effectiveness of the minimally invasive system in treatment of distal femoral fracture fixation， and provide data support for the treatment of patients with distal femoral fractures. Methods Selected 60 patients admitted from 2013 to 2014 in our hospital with distal femoral fractures， which were randomly divided into observation group and control group， 30 patients in each group.
