微创小切口手术治疗腋臭临床效果剖析 　　[摘要]目的：观察微创小切口手术治疗腋臭的临床效果。方法：选取医院2014年2月-2015年2月收治的58例患者，根据随机数字表法将其随机分为观察组和对照组，每组29例，观察组患者采用微创小切口手术方法，对照组患者采用吸刮术方法，对比两组患者的治疗效果、转阴率及并发症率。结果：观察组的治疗总有效率为96.5%，对照组的总有效率为82.8%，观察组疗效明显优于对照组（P0.05），具有统计学意义，观察组的转阴率为62.1%，对照组转阴率为79.3%，对照组明显高于观察组（P0.05），具有统计学意义，观察组并发症率明显低于对照组（P0.05），具有统计学意义。结论：微创小切口手术治疗腋臭的临床效果显著，值得推广应用。 　　[关键词]微创；小切口；吸刮术；腋臭；临床观察 　　[中图分类号]R758.74+1 [文献标志码]A [文章编号]1008-6455（2015）22-0011-03 　　Abstract： Objective The objective of this study is to observe the clinical effect of minimally invasive small incision surgery in the treatment of bromhidrosis. Methods 58 bromhidrosis patients were treated in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2015 were chosen，and they were randomly assigned into observation group and control group according to random number table method，with 29 cases in each group.Patients in observation group had received minimally invasive small incision surgery，while suction curettage method was applied to control group.The effects of treatment， the negative rate and the incidence of complications of the two groups were compared. Results The total efficiency of observation group was 96.5%，and that of control group was 82.8%.The clinical efficacy of observation group was obviously better than that of control group（P0.05），which was of statistical significance. The negative rate of observation group was 62.1%and that for control group was 79.3%.The negative rate of control group was higher than observation group（P0.05），which was of statistical significance. The incidence of complications of observation group was obviously lower than that of control group （P0.05），which was of statistical significance.
