PDCA循环管理模式在输卵管复通患者出院用药指导中的应用 朱红王萍(通讯 ) (上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院妇产科上海200011) 】目的：探讨PDCA循环管理方法在输卵管复通患者出院用药指导 屮的应用与效果。方法：对2013年1月-2013年12月期间收治的52例输卵管 绝育术后复通患者作为对照组，出院用药指导屮存在的问题进行评估、分析，然 后制定整改措施，监控实施情况并评估其效果；然后将2014年1月-2014年12 月期间应用PDCA循环管理方法的36例复通患者作为研究组，比较两组患者的 对出院用药的知晓率。结果：实施PDCA循环管理方法后，患者对出院用药的知 晓率从对照组的76.92%上升到研究组的91.66%,组间差异具有统计学意义(P 0.05)。结论：PDCA循环管理方法是提高出院患者出院用药知晓率的有效方法， 值得临床进一步推广应用。 关键词】PDCA；输卵管复通患者；用药指导；知晓率；效果 】R471 】A 】2095-1752 (2015) 20-0361-03 PDCA cycle management model in the oviduct after patients discharged from hospital application guidelines Zhu hong , Wang ping Shanghai ninth peoples hospital,department of obstetrics and gynecology, 200011 Abstract】 Objective To investigate the PDCA cycle management approach in patients with tubal after hospital discharge medication guide the application and effect. Methods January 2012 - December 2012 admitted during the period of 52 cases of tubal sterilization after postoperative patients as control group, the problems existing in the discharge medication guide for evaluation, analysis, and then formulate corrective measures, monitor implementation and assess its effect; Then in January 2013 - June 2013, during the application of PDCA cycle management method of the 36 patients visited as a team, to compare two groups of patients awareness of hospital drug use. Results After the PDCA cycle management method, the patients awareness of hospital drug use from 76.92% to 91.66% of the team in the control group, difference between groups with statistical significance (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion The PDCA cycle management approach is an effective way to improve the hospital patients discharged from hospital drug awareness, is worth further clinical application.
