无间隙护理干预对妇产科感染控制效果剖析 　　[摘要]目的 探?无缝隙护理管理对减少妇产科院内感染控制效果作用的分析。方法 选取2016年1～11月我院妇产科收治的86例患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将患者分成治疗组和对照组，每组43例，对照组应用常规护理，治疗组应用无缝隙护理干预。选取我科护理人员32人，随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组16人。通过对护理人员基础知识、基础操作和病情掌握程度进行考核，比较两组护理人员的护理质量，比较两组患者的满意度和院内感染发生率。结果 治疗组护理人员的基础理论、基础操作、病情掌握评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；治疗组患者对护理的满意度（93.02%）要显著高与对照组（86.05%），差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；治疗组患者的总感染率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 无缝隙护理管理可以优化护理环节，提高护理质量和患者的满意度，同时也能有效减少感染发生，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词]无间隙护理干预；妇产科；预防感染 　　[中图分类号] R473.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）09（a）-0164-03 　　The control effect analysis of obstetric infection was analyzed by seamless nursing intervention 　　PEI Jin-xiu 　　Department of Gynaecology and Obstetrics，Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Tengzhou City，Shandong Province， Tengzhou 277599，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To explore the control effect analysis of seamless nursing management on reducing infection in obstetrics and gynecology department.Methods 86 patients treated in the gynecology and obstetrics department in our hospital from January to November 2016 were selected as the study subjects，and the patients were divided into treatment group and control group by random digital table method，with 43 cases in each group.The control group was taken routine nursing care，while the treatment group was given application of seamless nursing intervention.32 nurses in our department were randomly divided into two groups，with 16 nurses in each group.The comprehensive quality of nursing of two groups were compared and were assessed by analyzing the basic knowledge，basic operation and disease knowledge.The satisfaction and incidence of nosocomial infection of patients in two groups were compared.Results The score of basic knowledge，basic operation and disease knowledge in treatment group were higher than the control group，and the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）.In the treatment group，the satisfaction of nursing （93.02%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （86.05%），and the
