普外危重症80例临床救治剖析 　　[摘要] 目的 对本院普外科治疗的80例危重症患者的临床救治情况进行分析，使普外科医务人员对如何治疗危重症患者加深认知，提高应变应急能力，更好的为患者服务。 方法 选择2010年1月～2014年2月来本普外科进行救治的80例危重患者作为研究对象，回顾性分析其临床资料，从患者的年龄、性别、疾病谱、死因、死亡时间方面进行分析。 结果 60周岁的危重患者最多，占38.75%；排名前3位的疾病谱依次是心脑血管疾病、肿瘤疾病、创伤类疾病；心脑血管疾病是严重危害患者生命的疾病，占危重病患者死因的42.8%左右；危重病患者死亡时间多在凌晨2：00～6：00，42.8%的患者在此时间离世。 结论 年龄60周岁的患者，心脑血管疾病、肿瘤疾病是严重危害危重病患者生命的主因，凌晨时间是医务人员需要对危重患者重点监控的时间，应根据特定因素，对肿瘤患者制订相应的监控治疗策略。 　　[关键词] 普外科；危重病患者；心脑血管疾病；肿瘤疾病；死因 　　[中图分类号] R605 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1674-4721（2014）09（c）-0184-02 　　Clinical treatment analysis of critical diseases in general surgery department of 80 cases 　　XIONG Jun-hui 　　The First Department of Surgery，Zhangshu People′s Hospital of Jiangxi Province，Zhangshu 331200，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical treatments on 80 patients with critical disease conditions in general surgery department in our hospital in order to deepen medical staff′s cognition on how to treat these critical patients in general surgery department，improve their emergency capacities，and provided better services. Methods 80 critical patients treated in our departmentfrom January 2010 to February 2014 were selected as research objects.Their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed at aspects of age，gender，disease spectrum，death cause，and death time. Results Critical patients at ages of over 60 years old took the majority accounting for 38.75%.The top 3 spectrum of diseases were cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases，neoplastic disease，and traumatic diseases.The first one severely damaged patient′s life and took about 42.8% among all death causes in critical patients.The death time of these critical patients mostly ranged from 2 am to 6 am，in which 42.8% patients passed away. Conclusion The main factors severely damaging critical patient′s life are age over 60 years old，cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases，and neoplastic diseases.Time of key monitoring on critical patient by medical staff is early in the morning.The corresponding Monitori
