w 萃取精馏实验工厂电气仪表控制系统设计 摘 要 精馏是化工、石油化工、炼油生产过程中应用极为广泛的传质传热过程。精馏过程的目的是利用混合液中各组分挥发度的不同，通过加热的方法将各组分进行分离以达到规定的纯度。对于沸点几乎相同的液体，只能通过萃取，即在混合液中添加萃取剂的方法加以分离。萃取往往和精馏一起进行。 萃取精馏实验工厂电气仪表控制系统为萃取精馏生产工艺提供电气、制冷、加热、压缩空气等动力系统和过程参数的测量与监控，是实验装置连续安全生产的基本条件。本文在充分了解萃取精馏工艺过程的基础上，明确了萃取精馏工艺的控制要求，进行了电气控制系统设计，测量和控制仪表选型，系统控制方案的确定和仪表控制系统的设计并给出相应设计图纸。本设计综合了自动控制原理、计算机控制技术、过程控制系统及电气传动等方面的专业知识，训练了我们在生产工艺、系统设计、安装调试和运行维护等方面的能力。 关键词：萃取精馏；电气控制；仪表控制 Extractive Distillation Pilot Plant Electrical Instrumentation Control System Design ABSTRACT Distillation is the chemical, petrochemical, oil refining production process be applied widely in the process of mass and heat transfer. Distillation process was designed using the mixture of volatile components in the different degree, by means of heating the components were separated to reach the required purity. In this paper, a full understanding of the extractive distillation process based on process, made clear the extractive distillation process control requirements, the design of electrical control system, measurement and control instrument selection, system control scheme of instrumentation and control system design and the corresponding design drawings. The integrated design principle of automatic control, computer control technology, process control system and electric drive and other aspects of professional knowledge, training, we in the production process, system design, installation and operation and maintenance skills.
