w 摘 要 评标是对投标文件的评审和比较。根据什么样的标准和方法进行评审，是一个关键问题，也是评标的原则问题。在招标文件中，招标人列明了评标的标准和方法，目的就是让各潜在投标人知道这些标准和方法，以便考虑如何进行投标，最终获得成功，建筑工程评标的影响因素众多，本文通过应用层次分析法构建建筑工程评标的决策模型，建立了目标层、准则层和方案层的层次分析模型。并结合某工程案例，借助软件快速的计算从而实现方案优选，实证分析中通过对各投标备选公司的相对权重总排序，选出适合本工程的最优施工建筑公司。研究证明，层次分析法运用于建筑工程评标方案决策问题的研究是可行的，结果是合理的。 关键词：工程评标；决策系统；层次分析法 PAGE w ABSTRACT Evaluation is the assessment and comparison of tender documents. According to what criteria and methods of assessment, is a key issue, but also evaluation of the principle. In the tender documents, tender evaluation set out the standards and methods, the purpose is to allow potential bidders to know the standards and methods, in order to consider how to bid, ultimately successful, construction evaluation of many factors, this level through the application of analysis of building construction evaluation of the decision-making model, the establishment of the target layer, rule layer and layer-level program model. Combined with a project case, with the software program in order to achieve rapid calculation of optimal, empirical analysis of the bidding options in the company by the relative weight of the total order, choose the best construction for the project construction company. Studies have shown that levels of analysis used in construction evaluation program decision-making problems is feasible, the result is reasonable.
