活血清热利湿方及其拆方对人子宫颈癌细胞SiHa EGFR-PLC- γ1-PKCa 信号转导的研究 宫颈癌疾病中的血瘀、热毒、痰湿关系密切 。 关键词: EGFR -PLC -γ1 -PKCα 信号转导；活血清热利湿方；人子宫颈癌； SiHa 细胞 - 2- Abstract Inhibition of Qingre Huoxue and Lishi formula and its every separated formulas on EGFR-PLC-γ1-PKCα signal transductionin in human squamous cervical cancer cell （人子 宫颈鳞癌细胞）SiHa Liu Yu (Basic Theory of Tradicine Chinese Medicine) Directed by Si Fuchun Abstract Objective: The effects of Qingre Huoxue and Lishi fomula and its every separated formulas (H,Q,L) on EGFR-PLC-γ1-PKCα signal transduction in human squamous cervical cancer cell line SiHa were observed to investigate the therapeutic mechanism of invigorating the blood,clearing heat, phlegm dampness and to discuss the relationship between heat toxin, blood stasis ,dampness and EGFR-PLC-γ1-PKCα signal transduction in human squamous cervical cancer cells. Methods ：After SiHa cells were treated with Qingre Huoxue and Lishi fomula and its every separated formulas (H,Q,L),the morphological change of cell was observed under a inverted microscope, the best formula was screened by orthogonal tests and the expression of EGFR 、PLC-γ1 and PKCα were measured by Western blot analysis. Results ：1. W and its every separated formulas can significantly inhibit SiHa cell growth and cause the different morphological changes within each group, The cells treated by Q show osteoporosis expansion into spherical cells, filled with a large number of intracellular vacuole -like or granular material, a small amount of dish in the gap to increase cell debris .The cells tre
