 骨折概述Introduction of Bone Fracture 【定义】 骨的完整性破坏或连续性中断称为骨折(fracture)。 【成因】 1. 暴力作用 （1）直接暴力 （2）间接暴力 2. 积累性劳损 3. 骨骼疾病 【骨折段的移位】 常见有五种移位，临床上有时几种移位合并存在： 1. 成角移位(angulation displacement) 2. 侧方移位(lateral displacement) 3. 缩短移位(shortened displacement) 4. 分离移位(segregated displacement) 5. 旋转移位 (rotation displacement) 【骨折的分类】 1. 依据骨折处是否与外界相通可分为 （1）闭合性骨折(closed fracture) 。 （2）开放性骨折(open fracture) 2. 依据骨折的程度及形态可分为 （1）不完全骨折(incomplete fracture) （2）完全骨折(complete fracture) （1）不完全骨折 骨的完整性或连续性仅有部分破坏或中断。 ①裂纹骨折(crack fracture) 骨折象瓷器上的裂纹，无移位， ②青枝骨折(greenstick fracture)
