(3)By analyzing theeconomic value of water resourcesconstitution syste- m,bythe availability of data,estimation accuracy,usingbenefit coefficientalloca- tion method,market value method,environmental valuetheory from thethree as- pects ofindustry,residents living andecological environmentfor the economic evaluationofgroundwater resources value ofwaterin mining area.And the use ofrecovery cost methodfor the economic evaluation ofwater qualityofground- water resourcesminingvalue. (4)From the groundwaterresourcesin mining areas withthe current situat- ion of managementto analysis,now thewater,pipewaterproperly,according to theblueprint for the future developmentof themining areaperipheryto formula-t e the corresponding suggestion for the management ofgroundwater resourcesut- ilization of mine counter measures.
