PAGE 精品 河北省水资源承载力研究 模糊综合评判法的应用（流域） 摘要 水资源是人类生存必不可缺少的基础性自然资源，是制约自然环境和人类生存与发展最重要的因素之一。河北省作为极度缺水地区，水资源特性己经成为当前乃至今后影响和制约全省经济、社会可持续发展的一个瓶颈。如何正确评价和判断河北省区域发展的水资源承载力，进而相应地制定与水资源相协调的发展战略，对河北省水资源与国民经济发展的关系具有重要的现实意义。 本文研究的主要内容包括五大部分： 第一部分是水资源承载力的研究现状及发展趋势。主要分析了承载力的研究历史轨迹和发展过程，水资源承载力的概念和模型研究进展，以及水资源承载力的研究展望。 第二部分是区域的自然环境条件，以及河北省社会经济发展特征。 第三部分是在河北省水资源特性与水资源承载力影响因素分析的基础上，选取6个主要评判因子，运用模糊综合评判法，对河北省各流域的水资源承载力进行综合评价。 第四部分是针对评价结果，明确提高河北省水资源开发利用措施。 第五部分结论与讨论部分。将模糊综合评判法应用于河北省水资源承载力分析是可行的，可为今后如何对河北省水资源可持续利用研究提供一定的参考和借鉴。 关键词：水资源承载力 模糊综合评判法 河北省 Research of Water Resource Bearing Capacity Of Hebei Province ———Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method（basin） Abstract Water resource, as one of most significant factors that impact on natural environment and human existence, is an indispensable fundamental natural resource. As a severe water inadequacy area, water resource has become a bottleneck that will influence restrain the whole provincial economy and sustainable development of Hebei province now and in near future. How to correctly evaluate and judge the water resource bearing capacity of regional development in Hebei province ,in turn ,formulate the development strategies harmonious with water resource have significant realistic meaning to the relationship between water resource and national economic development of Hebei province. The main content of this paper can be divided into five parts: Part1 The research status quo and development trend of water resources carrying capacity . the author mostly analyzes carrying capacity research history and development process, the advances of its concepts ,models and research prospect. Part2 region national environment .the characteristics of social economic development . Part3 based on analyzing the influential factors of water resource characteristics and water resource carrying capacity, selected 6 main evaluation factors ,used the fuzzy comprehensive model and conducted a comprehensive evaluation to water resource bearing capa
