常州工程职业技术学院 毕业设计论文 PAGE PAGE 2 ****************** 毕 业 设 计（论文） （____________________届） 设计（论文）题目 汽车尾气再循环系统分析 系 部 ************** 班 级 ****************** 学 生 姓 名 ****** 指 导 教 师 ****** ************ 摘要 伴随着汽车技术的迅猛发展，汽车尾气对大气造成了越来越严重的污染。作为汽车主要动力源的柴油机，其排放主要污染物Nox的危害己经引起了各国政府的高度重视，对NOx的排放控制逐渐成为研究的热点。利用废气再循环(EGR)技术可有效控制发动机NOx的排放，是当前公认的一种行之有效的控制Nox的排放方法。 本文从EGR的工作机理、作用、控制原则、控制分类，以及设计及检修进行介绍。主要研究内容包括: 第一部分做了对EGR的在中国的相关现状以及重视程度进行了介绍。 第二部分分析了废气再循环系统的工作原理与实现方法，针对柴油机的实际性能和结构特点，确立整车废气再循环系统的整体设计方案。 第三部分对EGR系统的控制方法及其种类。并对EGR系统进行了设计，通过对不同结构冷却器和EGR阀的选择条件判断如何选择合适的EGR系统。 关键词：EGR阀 尾气 检修 EGR率 Abstract Along with the rapid development of automobile technology, automobile exhaust air caused more and more serious pollution. As a main power supply of car engine, its main pollutants Nox emissions have been cause harm the various countries government attach great importance to the Nox emissions control, gradually become the research focus.
