PAGE 碳纤维杆作业车光杆起升装置的 整体旋转机构设计及分析 摘 要：本论文是针对碳纤维杆作业车光杆起升装置的整体旋转机构设计及分析，碳纤维连杆作业车目前在采油及修井作业中使用比较广泛，主要是因其操作简单方便，移动性强，作业灵活。所以，也有较好的发展前景。碳纤维杆作业车主要进行旋转机构的空间结构，驱动装置和减速装置的设计，应遵循结构简单、便于制造、使用安全、经济合理的原则。借鉴起重机旋转机构的设计思路以及安装空间位置的限制，选择定柱式旋转支撑装置，并合理设计固定支撑装置的外形及尺寸，保证其经济性、安全性和实用性。然后进行旋转机构传动方案的确定，采用低速大扭矩液压马达驱动，再经由齿轮减速器使整套装置获得所需的工作要求。其中，减速装置设计采用了行星轮传动，这样不仅能保证了作业车平稳、安全的工作，而且有效地利用了固定支撑的内部空间，进一步减小了旋转机构的体积，有更好的实用价值。 关键词：碳纤维杆、作业车、旋转机构、行星轮系 Carbon fiber rods working vehicle lifting device rod Mechanis Design and Analysis of the overall rotation Abstract:This paper is the carbon fiber rod for operating car light bar lifting devices overall design and analysis of rotating bodies.
